I have always been a leader, not a follower. I have always been stubborn, I have ignorantly closed my ears to others advice. I have always tried to do things on my own, I have always thought I've known best.

Now I am starting a new chapter in my life. Where I don't just say I want to to live my life for God, I actually seek him, listen to him and act on his command, because I actually want him to guide me. I am tired of walking blindly thinking I know best, only to wander into the darkness. I am asking for help, asking for advice and listening to those who I trust.

I am in no way going to get this right. I know that everyday I will fail and every morning I will start new.

This is a whole new thing for me.

    I feel ya.
    I wish I could listen to that advice that has been given to us over and over and over! He has TOLD us everything we need to know! But it's more than just knowing- it's in DOING.
    I hope it's going as best as it can for you.
